Important Dates

1 July 2012	First Deadline for Gural Belek Hotel and Belconti Resort Hotel Accommodation Cancellation; after this date a 50% refund will be offered (until 1 August); until this date no cancellation fee.
3 July 2012	Susesi Hotel Accommodation Cancellation Deadline: After this date no refund is available; until this date a 50% refund will be offered.
15 July 2012	Abstract Submission Deadline (ultimate postponed deadline).
1 August 2012	Abstract Results Notification Date. Second Deadline for Gural Belek Hotel and Belconti Resort Hotel Accommodation Cancellation; after this date no refund is available.
3 August 2012	Registration Cancellation Deadline: After this date no refund is available; until this date a 50% refund will be offered (postponed). Group Registration Cancellations: Until this date, a refund, minus a 10% handling fee, will be made for each cancelled registration. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
25 August 2012	Early Registration rates Deadline; after this date standard rates apply (postponed).
24 September 2012	Online Registration Deadline: From 25 September to 2 October 2012 registration will be possible only by filling in the electronic form or by contacting us on +33(0)4 95 09 38 00; from 25 September 2012 onsite fees apply. Hotel Booking Deadline - depending on availability. Group Registration Modifications: Until this date, no charge; after this date a fee of €15 applies to each name change.
