Transfers
Provided at least 4 nights have been booked in the Susesi or the Gural Belek Hotel, transfer between Antalya Airport and the hotels is included in the accommodation fee.
Susesi Hotel
You will be contacted with more details about the transfer from Antalya Airport and the hotel on your arrival day.
On the day of your departure we kindly request guests to be ready in the lobby of the hotel 15 minutes prior to pick-up time. The pick-up time is schedules 3 hours before your departure time. More information will be provided at the hotel welcome desk.

Gural Belek Hotel
Transfers to and from this hotel are handled by our local partner Plaza Tourism and are included in your hotel booking, provided you book for at least 4 nights.

Ceres Hotel & Club Lagonya Garden Hotel
Transfers between these hotels and the airport are handled by our local partner Plaza Tourism but they are not included in your hotel booking. Transfers between these hotels and the Susesi Congress Center are included.

Other hotels
If you have booked accommodation in any other hotel, you are responsible to organise your own transfer to and from the airport and between your hotel and the congress venue at the Susesi Resort. Taxis are available at the airport and through your hotel welcome desk.
