Group Registration

Group registration is designed for companies/organisations who wish to register 5 or more of their employees/members and make one payment for the whole group.

Group registrations can be made until 24 September 2012.

Group registrations not only simplify and streamline the administration of bookings, they also offer the opportunity of group registration at the congress. This means that members of the group do not need to queue up at the main registration desk when arriving at the congress, but can go straight to the Group Registration desk where their congress packs will be held.

Until 3 August 2012 group registrations can be made without supplying individual names.

 

To make a group reservation with names

  1. Fill in the Group Registration Excel file (see "Downloads" below), carefully following the instructions and filling in all applicable columns for each registrant.
  2. Carefully read and fill in the Group Registration Contract (see "Downloads" below), not forgetting to sign the document. [Please note: The contract must be filled in and signed by hand. Please print off the pdf file, fill it in and then either scan and email it or fax/post it.]
  3. Send both documents to Audrey Soulier -

  4. Let us know if you would like to take advantage of a group registration option at the congress (see above).

Payment

Upon receipt of the documents, you will receive an invoice. The registration will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

Modifications/Cancellations

After submitting the initial list/contract, modifications, additions and cancellations can be made, provided they are made in writing (email, post or fax) and subject to the following deadlines and charges:

Modifications: Until 24 September 2012, no charge applies to name changes. After this date a fee of €15 applies to each name change.

Cancellations: Until 3 August 2012, a refund (minus a 10% handling fee) will be made for each cancelled registration. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

A new, amended invoice will be supplied after each amendment to the booking. Changes to the booking will not be confirmed until – if applicable – payment has been made.
