If you need a letter of invitation to support your visa application in order to attend EuSEM 2012, please fill in the form below.
By filling in the form, you accept sole responsibility for the information you provide. In case of clandestine immigration we cannot accept responsibility.
Please be aware that all the information given in this form is liable to be transmitted to the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The invitation letter will be sent by email in PDF format exclusively.
Please allow up to 15 business days to process your request.

If you are required to apply for a visa to enter the Republic of Turkey, please make sure to apply at least 1 month before your departure to avoid any inconvenience.
