KitchenAid is a name that you should already be well aware of, and if you arent, you must have been living in the middle of nowhere for the past 10 years or so. When youre in the kitchen, you want to make every single cooking process as time efficient as you can. Time is money, and these days people really dont want to wait around for results.
Lets face it, the modern generation is impatient, so if you want to mix all of your ingredients together without having to wait more than the minimal amount of required time, you need something like this. KitchenAid has always been a brand that seemed reliable, which is why I decided to purchase my very first stand mixer from them.
I was a little scared at first, as whenever youre buying anything for the first time, you dont want to be let down. Not only was I satisfied with the stand mixer I received, but I never thought that KitchenAid would go the extra mile to make sure I was happy. They did, and even when I needed to contact customer service, my needs were taken into account. Most of the time the customer service reps just dont care – I owe a lot of my information the http://www.standmixerdiscount.com/, though (just for future references).
What Does It Actually Achieve (Features)?
If youre looking to get the largest amount of features possible, KitchenAid would be a good place to start. I pretty much purchased this product because I could choose from well over a dozen different colors (I eventually ended up on Orange), and the “59-Point Planetary mixing Action” is used to hit 59 different touch points of the bowl while mixing. This is to ensure that your mix is completely blended and doesnt remain lumpy (or anything like that). 5 quarts of space in a stainless steel bowl, and it also comes with a coated flat beater and coated dough hook (among other accessories).
It works wonders when I need to make my raisin bread dough, and its also perfect for blending together every single ingredient seamlessly. I use it almost every single day, so the 5 quarts of working space inside the bowl itself is definitely a plus. Theres also a tilt-head design to allow clearing of the bowl, which might be a difficult task otherwise.
There arent many negatives here, and I really couldnt find a major one. I suppose it isnt the biggest stand mixer in town, and some people might have a need for something a little larger (I dont, however, so I didnt have to worry about that).
I mention personal here because Im merely one person. You might have a different say on the matter, or even feel like I didnt explain things well enough for you. Whatever you think, all I can say is that I would personally recommend this stand mixer to everyone I know!
